Some of the new Master Tour Features include:
- Work Online and Offline – Master Tour is the only Tour and Event management system with true “Offline” functionality. Master Tour will operate offline allowing you to manage and update your tour data without having to be online. When connected to the internet, your data will instantly sync to any other users in your tour.
- Tour Dashboard – The tour dashboard keeps all your important tour and event information in one place. Quickly reference your schedule, outstanding tasks, artist and crew hotels, promoter and venue information with one click.
- Itinerary & Lodging – Store all of the logistical data for your tour, such as hotel specifications, rooming lists, individual preferences, travel information, and call times. Includes utilities to track weather, check exchange rates, calculate travel distances and complete other critical tasks.
- Event Management – The Event Manager has been separated from the Itinerary Manager to allow users to create and manage multiple events to be for the same date. Band schedules, local crew info, promoter data, and venue technical specifications are stored within this module.
- Live Marketplace Directory - The industry’s most detailed and comprehensive database of Venue, Hotel, and Vendor databases compiled over 8 years, thousands of tours, and thousands of hours of research. Instant access to updated data essential for planning your tour
- Settlement – Developed to manage each event’s contracts and accounting data, this module handles event and merchandise settlement, expense tracking, and per diem calculations.
- Guest List – This module provides absolute control over guest list data management, including pre-formatted printing options for box office lists and ticket envelope labels.
- Set Lists – Set lists are stored, shared and printed from this module, which includes multiple layouts for the varying tastes and needs of band and crew.
- Print Manager – Intuitively pull information from each of your modules to print everything from tour books, crew lists, schedules, and travel details.
- Flight Management – This module automatically generates clear and concide reports for confirmed flights, pending flight requests, and tour personnel travel preferences which can be easily shared with travel agents and booking companies.
- Contact Management - Profiles individuals, travel preferences, immigration data and is easily accessed at anytime, anywhere. Fully integrated across all other Master Tour modules, the Contact Management module also manages third party contacts and business personnel.
- Query and Report Generator – This easy to use module performs complex query and reporting functions and includes customizable viewing and export capabilities.
- Communications – Email and SMS auto-generated information right from Master Tour. Quickly configure automatic reminders and reports to send to one person or an entire crew.
